Shipping Charges

General Information: For the safest and most economical shipping method, specify a business address for us to ship to. We generally will not ship to a PO Box unless this is the only option we have. All orders carry a shipping charge of $8.00 minimum up to 15lbs. Orders over 15lbs shipped at actual cost and/or quoted. Other methods of rush shipping are available. Please contact us for a specific quotation.

Ground (5-7 days): Shipping charges are added to your order automatically and equal 5% of your order total (Minimum $8.00). Orders over 15lbs shipped at actual cost and/or quoted. This provides ground delivery to all locations within the Continental US. Alaska and Hawaii must utilize the 2nd day air rates.

Rush (2 days): Choose this method and the shipping charges added are 10% of your order total to all locations within the US including Alaska and Hawaii. (minimum of $17.00 up to 15lbs.

Rush Services: If you need your order overnight, we have a rush service available to customers located in the US and many foreign countries. Rush orders must be placed by 11 AM Pacific time, and paid for by MasterCard, American Express or Visa cards. We will ship your rush order via the expedited courier service you select (see Shipping Methods).

(O/S) Oversized Merchandise

Oversized items are those which exceed the size and/or weight limitations of our general merchandise carriers. These items are noted throughout our guides using the "O/S" symbol. Additional UPS motor freight or other like method must deliver these items to you. We work with many freight companies and will make all arrangements for you. We will package the item(s), secure them to a pallet (if necessary) and then negotiate on your behalf for the best possible shipping rate to your location.

We will notify you of the approximate charges prior to shipment. Orders requiring truck freight must be pre-paid. We will pre-pay and add the freight charges to Open Account orders by request only. There will be a 5% handling charge of all freight charges pre-paid by us on your behalf.

Goods sent in this manner can be delivered to most business addresses and some residential addresses. In some cases your freight will be taken to the carriers' terminal, usually found within no more than an hour from your location and held for you to pick up.

When we ship your order, you will be notified of the departure date, freight tracking number and estimated time of delivery. You will then be able to track your shipment and know when to expect it. Please make arrangements to claim your shipment within 48 hours of arrival notification in order to avoid storage charges. Don't forget to inspect your goods for any damage, either concealed or obvious, and make such appropriate notes regarding any damage on the shipping document before signing it.

As with our General Merchandise, almost any of the items we supply can be packaged and expedited to just about anywhere on Earth overnight. If your requirement is urgent, don't hesitate to request priority expediting and wešll be glad to work out the details and costs for you as quickly as possible.
